Cancellation Policy
We keep it simple and straightforward. Here's everything you need to know about cancelling your membership.
Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time with a 30-day notice submitted through the website. Your membership will remain active through the end of the notice period and no additional charges will be made after that date.
Prepaid Memberships
Pre-paid memberships are non-refundable and valid for the full contract term. If you need to cancel an annual membership early due to a qualifying medical condition or relocation of more than 25 miles from our facility, please contact us directly with supporting documentation.
How to Cancel
Cancellations must be submitted through the cancellation tab at the bottom of this page. We do not accept cancellation notice through any other method.
Freeze Option
Before cancelling, consider freezing your membership. Members may place their account on hold for up to 3 months per calendar year due to injury, illness, or travel. College students may freeze their membership up to 9 months per year.
